The hotel's location was very convenient as it was close to shopping centers and restaurants. The staff were accommodating and friendly, answering all our questions and requests promptly. The room was clean and cozy, and the Christmas decorations added a festive touch to our stay. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast buffet and the well-equipped fitness center.
There were a few aspects that could be improved. The walls were thin, and we could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway.

We had a great stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. We also appreciated the hotel's convenient location near a shopping center and transport options.

The Qube Hotel Shanghai Xinqiao exceeded my expectations with its beautifully appointed and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and helpful staff. The location was perfect for attending the Shanghai Rolex tennis and easily accessible by taxi. The hotel's proximity to a shopping center was convenient, and the staff even provided feather pillows and blankets as requested. Additionally, the Devonshire tea was a delightful treat.

Staying near the industrial area, this hotel provides a great location for business trips. the proximity to Hong Qiao airport is a huge plus. Despite the lack of tourist attractions, the small shopping mall beside it offers enough dining options. the rooms are well-appointed, including a clean bathroom and comfy bed. Staff is friendly, responsive, and provided excellent service. Breakfast offers a variety of delicious options.
Like in some other hotels, the service at the restaurant needs improvement.

the indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and Spa centre were just what I needed to relax and recharge. the restaurant and bar/lounge area were excellent places to enjoy some delicious food and drinks.
The only minor issue that I noticed was the slow Wi-Fi in my room, which made it difficult to stay connected. This issue could be easily solved by the hotel updating its internet connection or installing routers in each room.

Stayed here during Xmas holiday. the room was cozy and well-decorated with Xmas lights, and the bed was comfortable. the bathroom was clean and had good amenities. the hotel is located near a small mall with a few shops and restaurants, which was convenient. the wifi was fast and reliable which made connecting with family back home easy.
The breakfast was disappointing. the food was cold, and the options were limited.
